^4 (A)Protect me, O my God, out of the hand of the wicked,
Out of the ^[a]grasp of the unrighteous and ruthless man,
⁵ For You are my ^(B)hope;
O Lord Yahweh, You are my ^(C)trust from my youth.
^6 [b]By You I have been ^(D)sustained from my birth;
You are He who ^(E)took me from my mother’s womb;
My ^(F)praise is continually ^[c]of You.
